Processing

All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email info@ambushcandleco.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help.

Domestic Shipping

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60 within the contiguous U.S. For orders under $60, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and size.

Once picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times typically range 3–10 business days, depending on the method and destination.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as a label is created. Please note, tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Most orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Some may ship via SmartPost, where one carrier begins the journey and another completes final delivery.

Once shipped, tracking and delivery are outside of our control. Unfortunately, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

International shipping rates shown at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Ambush Candle Co. is not responsible for these additional costs and cannot predict them. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Exchanges & Returns

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’d love the chance to make it right.

Contact us at info@ambushcandleco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

  • Return shipping fees are not covered.
  • Discontinued, limited edition, subscription boxes, private label items, and gift cards are final sale.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for sending your package.
